Return & Exchanges

Need to make a return or exchange? No problem! We will gladly accept most new and unopened items for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (less shipping). Must include copy of sales receipt. A Return authorization number must be issued before merchandise may be returned. Ambers Pet will provide a shipping label if the item was incorrect or defective. All product(s) returned must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means all packaging and accessories must be returned with no marks, stickers, smells, or damage.

Products received with notable damage or missing parts will be returned to sender.

Final Sales: All large equipment including but not limited to Tables, Tubs, Cages are considered final sale, along with any discontinued, or clearance items

Opened DVD’s unless defective will not be accepted, Unopened DVD’s may be returned for exchange only.
Ambers Pet will impose a 25% restocking fee is returned criteria has not been met.
